Speech Therapist or Head & Neck Nurse–
Taiwan
This is an exciting
role as Speech Therapist to create real values for the patients. You will
provide product support to the patients and support marketing efforts within
the Greater China region. To demonstrate the safe and effective use of
Laryngectomy products within the community setting; to optimize client
independence and to enhance quality of life post total Laryngectomy.
Atos medical is setting
up a representative office in Taiwan, of which you will be an important part,
by engaging with patients/consumers who we are currently not in direct contact
with. You will also act as product expert supporting our distributor to educate
hospital professionals.
Main responsibilities
•
Support the delivery of high
quality, client focused community based care and support on local and regional
patients events.
•
Provide education, support and
advice our patients and manage the aligned training and development of
customers directly and through distributors.
•
Work closely with patient
clubs, hospitals and other related associations in the region, to effectively
promote Atos products.
•
Develop customer network and
database – direct interact with patients in the field to increase product
demand.
•
Arrange or participate regular
patient events in Taiwan and sometimes support patient events or other
marketing activities in other places within the Greater China region.
•
Help design and implement
strategic plans and programs together with Managing Director in order to drive
sales growth in Taiwan as well as other parts of Greater China
Your qualifications & competencies
•
A trained Speech Therapist or
Head & Neck Specialty Nurse or similar with relevant qualifications and
experience, e.g. voice rehabilitation.
•
Fluent in spoken and written
Chinese, with good English skills.
•
Customer oriented with good
sense or experience in marketing or sales of medical products.
•
Experience within the home care
/or community care sector is a plus.
•
Excellent in building of
effective relationships with customers and other key stakeholders.
•
Self-driven with ability to
plan and organize work to achieve outcomes when working unsupervised.

Location
This position will be based
in Taiwan (Taipei or Taichung), may have travels within the region.
